- Does the controller you sell are original one?
We sell third party controller and sony original offical controller both, you can distinguish from the discription and price.
- What's version the controller compatiable with?
At present, the controller work with V3.72.
- What is the differece between the original controller and third one?
The functions of the two controllers are same. Difference is that the original one is expensive and well-known, the third party one is cheap with good quality but no familiar to everyboday.
- Does the controller work on below V3.72?
The controller is compatibility. It can work with V3.72 and below version.
- Does it upgrade?
Yes, the controller wil automatically upgrade once your ps3 console done.
- How to use the controller in the first time?
In the first time,you need to pair the controller with your ps3 console.
1.switch your ps3 console and use an available USB cable to connect the dualshock wireless controller with your ps3 console.
2.There are four led flashed, press the PS button (the white button in the middle), then one led flash and press the PS again, You can play it now.
You do not need the USB cable next time when you used it.

- What does the color of the PlayStation®Move motion controller’s sphere mean?
The color of the sphere depends on what game you are playing and can change based on the activities you perform in-game. For example, if you are painting a picture with your motion controller and select red paint, your sphere may turn red. When the sphere is flashing different colors, the motion controller is calibrating. Note when controlling the XMB™ menu, the sphere is not lit.
- How do I know which accessories go with each game?
Every PlayStation®Move game has icons at the top of its packaging that indicate which components are "required" and those that are "compatible." Components that are required are necessary in order to play the game; those that are "compatible" can be used to enhance your game play experience but are not necessary to play the game.
- What is the PlayStation®Move navigation controller?
The purpose of the navigation controller is to allow you to navigate your character in the game. If you don't want to buy the navigation controller, you can also use the DualShock®3's left analog stick/D-pad. - How many PlayStation®Move motion controllers do I need?
Most PlayStation®Move games only require one motion controller but some games may require two controllers for multiplayer mode.
- How many players can use PlayStation®Move at the same time?
The actual number of players supported depends on the game you are playing. However, up to seven devices can be used at once on your PlayStation®3 and up to four of those devices can be PlayStation®Move controllers.
